Manutencoop Facility Management: CMF has completed the acquisition of the 33.2% of the share capital from the Minority Shareholders
CMF S.p.A., a direct and wholly-owned subsidiary of Manutencoop Società Cooperativa, following the contribution and purchase of certain shares held by Manutencoop Società Cooperativa, holds 100% of Manutencoop Facility Management’s share capital. Giuliano Di Bernardo appointed Chairman of the new Board of Directors, Aldo Chiarini confirmed as Chief Executive Officer.

Manutencoop Facility Management S.p.A.: the Management Board presents the Half-year Financial Report as at June 30, 2016
EBITDA amounts to € 51,4 million (+5,4% vs first semester 2015) and Net Result amounts to € 13,0 million (more than doubled vs first semester 2015).
Results show a strong increase in the first 6 months of 2016 (vs first six months in 2015), despite the continuing unfavourable italian macro-economic and market situation, thanks mainly to postive effects of cost containment programs and reduction of interest expenses.

Manutencoop Receives the Financial Energy Efficiency Award
The redevelopment project Policlinico S. Orsola - Malpighi hospital in Bologna has been awared as the first example in Italy of a "project bond". The Energy Efficiency Awards are awared every year by CESEF (Centro Studi sull'Economia e il Management dell'Efficienza Energetica - Research Center for Energy Efficiency Management and Finance).

Andrea Gozzi appointed Chief Operating Officer of Manutencoop Facility Management S.p.A.
The new International Market Division, has been established, which will be led by Danilo Bernardi.
The appointments are to be seen as part of the plan for the strengthening of the Group’s organisational and management structure. Their aims are further to boost the Group’s presence abroad, foster innovation and consolidate customer orientation.
