New agreements in France for Rekeep

Signed two new agreements with a total multi-year value of 25 million euros. This confirms the Group's development path in France, where Rekeep has been entrusted over the years with about 20 hospital facilities and more than 50 Métro stations.

The Rekeep Group, through its subsidiary Rekeep France, has won two major new agreements in France for facility management services with a total multi-year value of 25 million euros.

Specifically, the first agreement was awarded to Rekeep France by Cochin - Port-Royal Hospital and Hôtel-Dieu Hospital in Paris, a center that can count on 1,483 beds, offers care at the forefront of research and technology, and has successfully developed new therapeutic alternatives in surgery, pharmacology and radiology. A member of the APHP.Centre - University of Paris group, the hospital provides national and international services to 8.3 million people each year in oncology, perinatology, systemic diseases, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, ophthalmology, thoracic medicine, osteoarticular diseases, and two innovative technical platforms in biology and imaging. The agreement has a multi-year value of €20 million and a 5-year term, subject to additions, and covers cleaning, bio-cleaning, internal waste collection and laundry services in the three facilities of the hospital complex. The new agreement is further evidence of the Group's expertise in value-added services, such as those in support of healthcare activities, which generate around 65% of consolidated revenue and for which, in France, Rekeep is involved in around 20 facilities at the Institut Imagine in Paris and the Versailles Hospital Center.

The second agreement was awarded to Rekeep France by Ilévia, the public transport network of the Lille metropolitan area, which serves 95 municipalities and 46.8 million passengers with a wide range of transport systems and associated services: metro, tramway, bus, self-service bike hire, Handipole (public transport for people with reduced mobility), park-and-ride, reservation-based transport and 12 TER (Transport Express Régional) lines. The agreement covers indoor and outdoor cleaning, graffiti removal and waste management services at 10 stations on the Cormontaigne-Saint-Philibert metro line and 10 stations on the Eurotéléport-Alsace line, and has a multiannual value of up to €5 million and a term of 5 years, extendable to 7 years.

Thanks to its recognized expertise, Rekeep France is now a major player in the transport and mobility services industry. It operates more than 50 stations and has major agreements with RATP, the French public transport authority responsible for managing the metro, buses, trams and some regional rail lines in Paris and Île-de-France, and with SNCF, the exclusive concessionaire for public rail transport services - passenger and freight - and for the infrastructure of the French national rail network.

The new agreement is also strategic for Rekeep, as it confirms the Group's growth and development path at an international level, which accounts for around a quarter of its consolidated turnover.

Claudio Levorato, Chairman of Rekeep S.p.A., commented: "These new agreements, after the important milestones already achieved in Poland, the Middle East and France itself, demonstrate once again the relevance of our foreign growth and development strategy and concretely confirm the excellence of our competences and of our Group's business model."
