In 2017 Rekeep subjected all its business management systems to maintenance audits.
During this period a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study was conducted for the cleaning service at the Sant’Anna Hospital in Como. The LCA was the basis for the preparation of the related EPD, which was certified by SGS and published on the International EPD System website.
The scope of the certification of conformity of the safety system (cleaning only) was extended to the transport of patients.
The ANMDO (Italian Hospital Management Doctors Association) system certification has been confirmed.
During the financial year Rekeep maintained its qualifying company certification in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006, Italian Presidential Decree 43/2012 and Accredia Technical Regulation RT-29 for the installation, leakage control, maintenance or repair of fixed cooling, air-conditioning systems and heat pumps containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases.
Rekeep’s Energy Manager is certified under the UNI CEI 11339 Standard as an expert in civil and industrial energy management.
The management system of e-Digital Services has been developed in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. Its scope is planning and arranging process & technology outsourcing for public and private customers and delivering call center services.
In January 2017 the contact center service was certified under the UNI EN 15838:2010 Standard for the planning and delivery of customized inbound and outbound 24/24 contact center services for public and private customers.
In 2017 Servizi Ospedalieri maintained the structure of the certifications it had obtained and was awarded SA8000, an ethical certification that had, in fact, been one of its objectives because it stands for the company’s basic values.
H2H and Telepost took steps to maintain the structure of the certifications they had obtained. H2H also applied for the ISO 14001 certification, which should soon be issued.Rekeep, moreover, in view of the re-certification of its quality and environmental system and the simultaneous transition to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, has drawn up a context analysis and assessment of environmental impact and risks/opportunities.

Attestation of fitness to carry out public works
A SOA Attestation is a document that certifies that an entity meets all the requirements prescribed by Article 8 of the Italian Act 109 of 11 February 1994. By virtue of the current legislation governing public contracts, the SOA attestation is now, in fact, a necessary document that suffices as evidence of an enterprise’s capacity to perform (directly or by subcontracting) public contracts for supplies and installation with a tender base price of over Euro 150,000.00.
The SOA attestation is valid for five years (provided that its validity is confirmed during the third year after initial issue). The award of the certification is considered on the basis of a technical and financial examination of the work done by the enterprise during its previous five years of activity.
Rekeep S.p.A. is accredited as an Energy Service Company for the use of the Energy Efficiency System as provided for in the Italian Authority guidelines (Annex A to Resolution no. 103 of 18 September 2003).
This Accreditation is held by companies that operate offering energy services (energy diagnosis, feasibility studies, design and execution of self-financed plant retrofits or the construction of new plants and plant operation and maintenance) directly remunerated through the energy saving obtained by the Customer.
UNI CEI 11352 Certification – Energy Management – Energy Service Companies (ESCOs)
Rekeep S.p.A. has also obtained the energy management system Certification for energy service companies (ESCOs), according to the requirements of the UNI CEI 11352:2010 Standard, for the delivery of energy services, directly and indirectly on their own responsibility.

Rekeep S.p.A. was one of the first companies in Italy to obtain the certification of conformity of its safety organization and management system for planning and delivering of cleaning, hygiene, sanitization, disinfection and disinfestation services in the public and private civil, industrial, commercial, healthcare, logistics and transport sectors.
The certification of conformity process, after an audit conducted by a specialist body and confirmation of the findings by a joint technical committee, ended in the issue of the aforesaid certification by En.Bi.C. - Ente Bilaterale Confederale, a joint union and employer body, to the effect that the safety organization and management system had been correctly adopted and that it is effectively implemented in accordance with the requirements of Article 30 of the Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, as amended and supplemented.
